All requests for refund, must be within 15 days of purchase. You must have original documentation of purchase. Bottles must be more than 75% full and returned in the Original packaging. Due to regulations and laws, briefs and jocks, must be unworn and in original packaging. Once we receive the return, it will be processed. If all requirements are met, a refund to the original payment card will be issued. The time required can take up to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
